At Treehouse Schoolhouse, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn garments with original tags attached. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible to ensure your family stays focused on the joy of learning and play.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Await Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
